What’s it mean?
Well, along with our Patrons Only Website and Online Portal, we have officially filed a Texas LLC and gotten our designation to be a “Private Members Only Civic of Social Club” and as such can fully operate as Collette’s does with regard to a commercial establishment, only we’re private, and for members only and not open to the general public. As such, that carries certain rules, regulations, and laws we must abide by for our protection and our patrons.
What are the benifits of being a patron?
We are currently offering many benefits to our patrons.
What does it cost?
As we are a Private Members Only Civic or Social club, we are going to be assessing Patron Dues. These are payable monthly or quarterly / annually ( at a discount ). That being said, we will also be drastically lowering our event ticket prices as well. Below you’ll find the Patron Dues and Event Tickets Pricing charts to give you a clear picture of costs associated with our new format.

What’s next for the LSS?
With the extreme interest in or style of Club we have decided to secure a dedicated legitimate clubhouse location with at least 3,000 square feet of ultra private play space and location along with parking. We hope to have it secure as soon as possible and we will of course make an official blog post here on our site once we have it secure. We invite all current Full Patrons and Provisional Patrons to refer new patrons from the people they already know and vibe well with that are not Patrons yet. The more we grow, the lost we can lower rates for dues, events, and extras!
