Payments, Refunds, and Credits Policy

At Violet Crown Luxe, LLC, we strive to make your membership and event experience seamless. This Payments, Refunds, and Credits Policy explains how we handle payments, process refunds, and manage credits for our services on loveshacksociety.com. By joining as a Patron or purchasing event tickets, you agree to these terms.

1. Payments

We offer secure payment options to support your membership and event participation. Here’s how it works:

  • Patron Dues: Patrons pay recurring dues (e.g., $10-$300 monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual) based on membership level (Female, Male, Gender, or Couples). Payments are processed via Stripe, our trusted payment provider.
  • Event Tickets: Tickets ($20-$50 for standard events) are purchased through your Patron Portal.  All events are limited to 50 patrons so be sure to book yours as soon as they are available if you’d like to attend.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit and debit cards from Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  Additionally we accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Cashapp. Your billing details are securely stored with Stripe only, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.  No staff or management has access to any specific payment or identify data and it is stored no where within our systems and only with in Stripe, our merchant provider.
  • Automatic Billing: Patron dues auto-renew per your plan’s cycle unless canceled in your Patron Portal. Failed payments may trigger a retry or temporary suspension until resolved.

2. Refunds

We aim to ensure satisfaction, but refunds are limited to maintain fairness. Our refund policy includes:

  • Patron Dues: No refunds for dues once charged, except within 7 days of initial signup if no services (e.g., events, benefits) were used. Contact us to request.
  • Event Tickets: Refunds are available if requested at least 14 days before the event date. No refunds within 14 days, except for cancellations by Violet Crown Luxe, LLC (e.g., venue issues).
  • Process: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days. Processing fees (e.g., Stripe’s 2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable.
  • Disputes: If you believe a charge was incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback to resolve promptly.

3. Credits

In some cases, we offer credits instead of refunds to enhance your experience. Here’s how credits work:

  • Event Cancellations: If we cancel an event within the allotted time, you’ll receive a credit equal to your ticket price ($20-$40), usable for future events within 12 months.
  • Using Credits: Credits apply automatically at checkout in your member account or can be requested via support. They are non-transferable and expire after 12 months.

4. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here, with the “Last Updated” date revised. Key changes will be communicated via email or your member account.
